"If I could have scored lower I would have. I was referred to them by what I thought was a great reference. I went in to have my engagement ring resized. I was told it would take a couple days as they would have to tighten all the prongs. Not even a week later one of the diamonds fell out. My fiance and I were very disappointed, not only with the diamond falling out, but also with the job they did on the band. Definitely not a professional job for an engagement ring. We ended up finding a more reputable jeweler to do the job and they not only resized my ring to actually fit my finger, but they replaced the diamond, actually tightened all the prongs, and looking at the band, you can't even tell it was resized. I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone that actually cares about their jewelry."
