"Very unhappy. First timer. I was excited to try a new place. I walked in asking for a manicure and a pedicure. Linda was the person who took care of me. I asked her several times to please clean my cuticles. I apologized several times for asking but I really wanted a good manicure. I didn’t not receive that. It was me and three other customers there. I felt rushed and brushed off by her. She even made me bleed from my pinky. I do not understand why she rushing. I would understand if they were busy and had people waiting. However, that wasn’t the case. I spoke to one of the gentlemen that works there and told him, that I was unhappy with my manicure. He asked her to please sit me back at her station and to clean my cuticles. She pretended to clean. I didn’t not appreciate that. I walked out of their nail salon very unhappy. Unsatisfied with the customer care she provided me."

"Every 2 weeks I go there but now they have new people who’s not professional she they don’t know what they’re doing this place is not good anymore and they increase they prices but services is 0 I’m not recommending no body to go there"

"The polish choices are limited an not many of them are cute. But worse than that they file your nails do much it hurt during and after. They don't care about nail health or know about it."

"This will be my last time at this nail salon. They did such a horrible job. I use to get gel and they filed my nails down paper thin. This time I went for regular nail polish and it didn’t last me a good three days. She broke my nail and charged me to repair it because she was being lazy and rip it off using a metro card. My toes nails are so brittle. I’m on vacation and I’m so embarrassed by my nails. Save your money ladies!!"
