"I really wish I didn't have to make this review, 2 weeks ago exactly as the date of this post I got my sister's Pixel 7 pro screen repaired by them. Everything seemed fine I paid for an "original" screen which would have cost 240 after tax, I proceeded with it and everything seemed fine. A week in I noticed what I can only describe as specs in the screen when it displayed a white image but I didn't bother about it much and I started to think if this is really an original screen they sold me. Now as of yesterday of this the screen just blacked out you couldn't see or do anything on the phone. My only thought now is that the screen was not installed properly or it was a defective screen altogether, I carried it back hoping they could possibly resolve this issue and they said they'll check it out. A few hours later I was told we have to pay for a brand new screen again to fix the problem when I just spent so much just to get it fixed in the first place. You would think in a situation like this that a perfectly working screen just died 2 weeks of use purchased from them they would change it but no we have to pay for a brand new screen entirely. I wanted to trust this place but I can't just pay for another screen replacement when it was clearly a defective screen they sold me to begin with. I can't recommend them for any future transactions and my trust has completely gone."

"I do not recommend bringing your devices here, the technician is a complete scammer. I took my phone to change the glass of my iPhone, and he did something to the phone so that my microphone does not work, when I took it back telling what is happening he said that the microphone was damaged when the phone fell and broke the glass but how is this possible if my phone was working just fine after it fell. He wanted to charge me $60 to fix the microphone and when i confronted him he told me this exactly: yes, I did something to the phone so that the microphone doesn't work, what are you going to do about it? I asked him to fix my phone in front of me and he didn't want to, he just scammed me. I do not recommend this store at all. Now I don’t have another option that going with the police to the store so he can fix whatever he did to my phone because I don’t trust this guy at all. He threatened me and treated me like I am garbage meanwhile I am the Customer, I am bringing money to your store and that’s how you operate? He played me good but let see who plays better."
