"Very disappointed with this service. We have been with them for a year now. Every time we have a problem that needs to be fixed it's a real ordeal awaiting. Customer service is terrible, they always try to send a technician outside the hours of business ( we are a restaurant ). 90% of the time the communication between their office and technicians is at best mediocre. It happened maybe 5 times that they send a technician in the morning even tough we specified on the phone the day before that we are not open before 2:30pm. And until today the problem is not fixed. We had 4 different technicians coming and every time its the same scenario : the guy show up ( at the specified hours if wére lucky) then assess the problem and says he has to order the piece and come back ( its been months now ) hopefully this review will help you guys get your things together ... PS : also the materials they use are very expensive and at the same time very fragile... not worth the price"
