"I got my son’s screen replaced less than two weeks ago. The phone looked brand new, but today the screen popped off the phone. I called because it is covered under warranty. They said this only happens because of pressure or physical damage- the things they cite as pressure or physical damage are normal things that happen to a phone- putting it at the bottom of a book bag, sitting on it, dropping it etc. The phone was in my son’s pocket when he felt the screen shift off. He did not do anything. They have agreed to glue the screen on, but have offered a “deal” to replace it. I am not satisfied with this service. Though the woman I spoke to is lovely, her hands are clearly tied and she is reading me a script. I am saddened by this service as other locations have done a wonderful job. Clearly the structural integrity of this product is questionable. I will not use this location again."
