"I don't know if they are good at fixing phones, because I walked in, was ignored by everybody, stood there for 10 minutes, and then just left. A hello or some sort of acknowledgement that you have a customer would be nice. At one point everyone left and went into some back room and I was just standing there alone. The next store I went into, UBreakIFix, on Austin Street, said hello to me right when I walked in and said "we'll be able to help you in a minute!" even though they were busy. That is how you treat a customer."
