"I absolutely love them! They are beyond kind and helpful and I’ll travel far again to bring my stuff here"
"Awful business! I saw the owner of this place beating up a tech who came to service his appliances. AVOID at all cost!"
"I took my soda-stained jacket to the Whiz Professional French Cleaners AFTER I took it another cleaners. The first cleaners FAILED to remove the stain. I decided to try The Whiz! I'm glad I did! They removed the big soda stain on the lapel! I'll be going to the Whiz from now on even if it is much further from my house. I trust them. They always do a perfect job cleaning my suits and putting new zippers in coats. The people who work there are super nice. One day that I came in, they were helping a 90 year old man get a taxi. You cannot beat the service and they are a great business in the community."
"Do not go to this place if you want any slight change of your cloth getting damaged. They did kinda try to make things right but it's the atitude that's not acceptable. I went to drop off my dress for dry cleaning since I did have good experience with them before. I'm 5000% sure this oil/grease stain wasn't there when I dropped it off. And I suspected that it was some sort of grease from the rack or anything. I went back and the guy wasn't happy that I came back with this issue. But he did take it back and kept murmuring" not sure if it's gonna come off.." 3 days later I picked the the dress. The stain was mostly gone but I could still see a little bit and the wrinkes were stretched out because they tried to clean it. I brought up this concern about this wasn't there when I dropped it off first time and the stretched out wrinkles. To be fair I wasn't yelling but remained calm and I just wanted him to know he made a mistake. However, all the reponse I got from him was " I don't know." " We do green cleaning, what do you expect?" "You have to try it on to know if it's really stretched out" The worst thing was at the end he just walked away and said " Have a great day!" and left. If you don't refund me that's fine, but please don't treat your costumer like that with 0 respect. After all they trusted you at the first place to come do business with you."
"By far the worst experience I have ever had with a tailor. They charged $60 to make a dress unwearably tight, failed to fix their mistake twice, wasted two weeks of my time, and eventually left me with seams that will have to be redone by another tailor. Owner is incredibly rude, could not care less about customer service, and actually yelled in my face."
