"Overpriced compared to other Asian nail salons. Each time I go here the price is different. Random prices. I used to come here all the time due to it being conveniently located but after being cheated one too many times I stopped. There are only 3 people working and the only one who is really equipped to do nails is Elaine. Pedicures are sub-par. Nail services are dated. I think if they improve their service offerings, have trained workers as well as transparent pricing the low rating can be improved. I respect that they are a woman owned small business but beyond that, it’s a no for me."

"I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the incredible service I received at this nail salon. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff. I needed a quick acrylic set for an event I had the next day, the owner Elaine knew exactly what shape nail (ballerina) I wanted along with the perfect peach/pale nude color and cute crystal design that stood out!! Got a Pedi from Carmen, they recommended some special add on for my dry heels and my heel has never felt so soft and smooth! Elaine's quality of her work is truly outstanding. My nails have never looked better, and I have received countless compliments on how great they look. The attention to detail, precision, and creativity in nail art is unmatched, and I was thrilled with the experience I had in your salon. I have paid twice as much for a full set somewhere else but it doesn't look as great. Price is reasonable as well. But what truly sets you apart is your personality(she's hilarious, we had an awesome conversation) and exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout the entire process. I appreciated the care and attention, and it made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable visit. I highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed. I look forward to coming back soon!"

"Waited a sec, had to get $$$ From the ATM. Got my nails done by 3p the following day at 3p (I’m serious) it was broken. Rushed to the salon from JFK to get it fixed… called beforehand twice for updated eta… when I got there they said “we are leaving” and proceeded to close the doors. Never. Again. It all comes down to pride in your work + customer service. Getting your money once is more than enough for them. I paid $80 for a soak off, 1 color gel polish full set."

"I love how Elaine does my nails!. I come here all the time and Im not picky when it comes to my nails. I Elaine free style and she comes through every single time. I make sure to take my mini me to do hers as well. I always make sure to call before going--solves everything. ☺ Update: Once again Elaine did her thing! Elaine's partner did my toes sooo pretty too."
