[ p H 7 ] Natural nails & Sugaring

"Overall quality and experience here seems to have gone down, smells like chemicals even though it's supposed to be nontoxic, and it all looks/feels pretty worn, towels look old and dirty. Staff seems overworked and tired. They don't put enough water in the pedicure tubs to cover your foot. I booked in advance and they called me two hours before my appointment saying they needed to change my appointment to 15 min later. I was already out and had timed my day pretty well, so after I got to the neighborhood, I killed time nearby at a restaurant. I scarfed down my food to make it on time, but when I got there they told me it would be another 10 min wait. Could have easily called me again to tell me they were still running late, and I could have enjoyed my meal. Pedicure finally started 30 min after my original booked appointment. I booked with Jenny because I had a good experience in the past, but today she put on the coats too quickly and too heavily, and even after drying for 25+ minutes, when I got home, the polish was mushy, crinkling and dull. Would not recommend!"

"Very reasonable prices for a Mani Pedi, and the 10 minute massage was heavenly! They took their time and did a great job on my nails and I left feeling so relaxed and renewed after my leg and back massage. Will be coming back for sure."
