"is it possible to give a -1000 rating. the b who ones this place is such a big b. she berated the very new employee - new as she didnt seem to know what she was going to do ..within earshot of fellow employees and customers. sure, she thought we didnt understand as you know how they dont speak English amongst themselves who speak the same language. also, she had the audacity to tell my friend's daughter who was left behind in the salon that we didnt pay tip. when in fact, the tip given was way over 20%. Since when is tip demanded, ha b? not ever going back. Bad customer service and even worse - treats employees bad."

"This is a sincere review written as a long time customer: we are talking longer than 10 years. I really never EVER do reviews but I can’t believe how embarrassing going to this place was recently. My recent experience was that I didn’t have time to get my toenails painted Post-pedicure so the manager said she could do it the next day or two for me no charge. I didn’t show because my life is busy just like every other person. The next time I was there to get a full pedicure I asked if they could do it as a courtesy because I’ve been coming there for so long and I already paid for it the last time I was there. I was screamed repeatedly at in front of all customers instead of being spoken to like a normal human. The management is horrible, inconsiderate and rude. I love the girls they hire a lot too. It’s unfortunate that a trash human owner embarrassed me after telling her I like to support local businesses. Also the hair dresser next door used LYE on my hair many years ago and my scalp never recovered and my hair falls out STILL TO THIS DAY. Salon is trash. Go literally anywhere else."

"No idea why they call it “Super” nails, if your nails barely make it passed ONE WEEK! I got POWDER GEL mind you and the powder totally came off my nail! Seems like they use very cheap glue. I am extremely disappointed. Not only did they take an extremely long time, then explained to me that we take our time with our customers so they have quality nails. Now the nail powder just comes off nine days later? Unacceptable! Pay $5 more dollars and you’ll have better nails a few miles away."
