"Had an appointment for 5 pm I arrived 5:03. I asked to add on pedicure and was denied because according to them they didn’t have enough time (remind you the close at 6). No one was rude don’t get me wrong but The energy felt like I was annoying them. Paola did my nails, the reason I know is because I saw her name at the work station not because I was introduced. Nail were not done that great, but since it was my first time with them, I decided not to complain. Now it hasn’t been a full 24 hour as yet(16 hours to be exact) and one of my finger is chipping already. I’m very disappointed in service. Usually I would give someone another chance but I will not be returning. What makes it worst is that I have the SNS gel which is the dip powder, should have lasted me 3-4 weeks. I have had SNS gel done before so I know it will last if done right. This is what I get for trying someone new."

"Horrible experience! 1st and last time going! Each nail was filed in different shapes and sizes. Gel color looked like I had it for over 2 weeks. Color was almost transparent on the sides. Cuticles were not cut well and had to tell her to actually do them at the end. Was told by the owner the gel looking so bad was my fault... because I have been getting gel manicured for so long... That was just a summary... there's more but I don't feel like wasting more time. Good luck if u go."

"I have been a long time customer with The owner Lupe (AKA) Empress Nails. She cares very much about each of her customers and always asks what more she can do to make her nail business even better than any one else. I think her work is the best around and her staff is amazing. I'm never worried at Empress Nails about getting hurt or getting an infection like other places have done to me. The place is very clean and you can ask them questions and suggestions in nails, eyebrows, etc. They are so helpful. They are experienced and do a great job every time I am there. I highly recommended Empress Nails and suggest you try them!! She has a wide variety of colors and does many different types of pedicures and manicures. They even have specials during the week as well. I'm never disappointed!!"
