"Terrible service and bullied into tipping higher amount, and got embarrassed and laughed at by thess idioI went to go tip and asked for 10 dollars in change , she got change and at the same time she’s bringing me MY change , she took out 5 and put it in her purse and without asking , so when she gave the rest back it was short because usually at a nail salon you give the person their change and they give you back their change so YOU can choose whatever you want to tip them, so I called her out on it, she gave it back and I handed her 3 dollars for tip she kept demanding five, I tried to explain I was giving her 3 dollars for a simple pedicure , and the fact she just took the tip without giving me the change, and the fact is I don’t even have to give you one, the point is you were being greedy And rude !! I don’t like she demanded and bullied me for it funny thing is , I always tip and she got a tip but it wasn’t enough of a tip she wanted!! She wanted five not three and still shocked she took it before I could even give it to her! Unbelievable, I’m blown away, and she was rough and hurt me a few times and not at all friendly. I never ever experience this before in a nail salon, that’s how you treat a customer ???? I will be going back to my nail tech i only went here because I live so close NEVER again!!"

"So. I come here all the time. Every 2 weeks. But today. Im done. No one started me until 930. Appointment was for 9. Then i left at 1130. This was what i got. Mind you it was a fill in so she didn’t have to do too much. My nails are lumpy. Bumpy. Definitely not straight. And i can see through the polish. Im in process of fixing them elsewhere right now. Didnt even clean my cuticles. Nothing. Only one to go to there is tina. If not tina. Good luck. My mistake for allowing someone else to f me up the day before my wedding party."

"This place is alwayssssss making you wait. I don’t like making an appointment for nails and then not being helped for an hour after my appointment. It’s super frustrating. Also the last few times I went my nails chipped literally a week after a powder gel."

"Was told to come in asap and that there was availability, waited over an hour and ended up leaving. No one notified me of the wait time and no one asked if I needed anything. Customer service is not good at all. I’ve heard they do a good job with nails, but unless you’re willing to wait long hours definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here."
