"The lady that waxed my brows did an AWFUL job. She took of chunks off the tail and arch. I had to go home and salvage what brows I had left to make them somewhat even. I didn’t speak up because she seemed so nice however upon check out they had an “issue” with the card reader and have now noticed that they charged me twice. I have had to start a dispute with my bank to reimburse me. The staff of friendly but clearly not well trained. Really disappointed."

"Clean and modern facilities. Always good music and ambiance. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Karen was patient and kind with my indecision and after I narrowed down from 6 different colors she tested three of them on her fingers so I could be sure in my choice. Good conversations with her and other staff. Went in for a touch up on one thumbnail which they fixed like magic. It was split in the fingernail from my initial visits 2 weeks ago. The man there fixed my thumb this time around and I’m convinced he’s a magician. Reasonably priced, and they had holiday gift at check out which I thought was a nice touch for clients. 10/10 would recommend. Pictures are nails 2.5 weeks old, my natural nails with gel polish. Left thumb is fresh paint and redo."

"I was visiting my daughter and scheduled a gel manicure here, had never been before. It was a nice place. My manicure has never lasted this long. No chips or peeling and it has been 5 weeks! I will return whenever I am in the area."

"I didn’t even plan on writing a bad review (even after 3 truly horrible manicures that were NOTHING like what I wanted I was happy to just never go back) HOWEVER I just found out from a new nail salon that the tech from Nail on 5th actually shaved way too deep into my real nails and one of them broke through and there’s fungus growing underneath my nail now…. (See photo). This was truly horrendous news to receive and I still paid $75 for it when they messed up so bad…please beware of this place. I feel sad because the owner is such a nice guy but this was honestly too much and I feel like it’s my duty to protect future patrons"
