"Gave this nail shop three chances because it’s a new business, it looked clean and it’s near me. I was service by three different people and all three times I left disappointed. The first time I got the spa pedicure and a gel manicure overall the service was subpar and the gel manicure chipped off by the second day because the gel nail polish used here is of bad quality and the application went on too thick. The second time I went to remove the chipped nail color and asked for a natural looking nail color and just got a clear gel manicure and the technician lacked attention to detail to cover the entire nail and was not able to comprehend what I meant by a natural nail color and deemed clear gel polish as an equivalent. I didn’t fight it I just assumed I wouldn’t go back to them. However, I needed to remove a gel bond builder manicure and every other nail shop around had a wait time. This nail shop did not have a wait time and I thought they couldn’t mess up a color removal. I was wrong the male technician sat me down on his dirty station and proceeded to remove the gel with the electric buffer machine he first burnt my skin with the machine and in the removal process cut my nail bed on one of my fingers. My nails got shaved so thin. After this procedure I am in so much pain that even the warm water when it hits my nail causes extreme pain. This place is dangerous I would avoid visiting it if you are expecting well trained nail technicians."
"Went in today August 17,2021 Although immediately served by an older Asian lady, upon beginning she was very rude and rough! She didn’t want my hand to touch hers so she kept pushing my fingers away. I came for an overlay refill which was poorly done. While there another client came in complaining about her bad work! Finishing up she proceeded to deeply cut off a piece of my thumb skin.first and last time going"
"This was a good place especially if you need a full set in the last minute. I chose a very complimentary and pleasant nude color for my skin tone. I asked for round tips but I got a mixture of almond and oval, but I'm laid back and not terribly picky especially since no one is analyzing my hands (it doesn't look terrible), it's just a bit hard to communicate with the ladies. They are FRIENDLY woman that want to give you what you want and to leave happy. The only thing that I hate is when the acrylic doesn't go to the cuticle part of the nail and it looks like you need a fill in a couple of days. The pictures are 3 days after my nails were done."
"Haven't really been back to this place in years. Decided to give it another shot as this is the closest one to me. And hey babes gave me money to go get them done. So it looks like they upgrade the decor of the shop. Pleasant to look at. So that was ok. I was a walk in so it took about an hour to be seen. Wish I got her name but the technician who service me was nice not talkative at all. But that was ok for me. She took her time and did a great job. Did have 1 imperfection. But really good job from her."
"This place is in need of some major upgrades. I stopped in because I needed my nails done quickly and it is the only salon in the neighborhood. The staff doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in, but luckily they paid attention to the order in which customers entered. The woman who did my nails was extremely rough and did a sloppy job. She didn’t use acetone to remove my old polish, but instead used the nail filing machine. After filing off the old polish she didn’t even wipe the excess dust off of my nails and wouldn’t have unless I asked. The selection of regular nail polish is minimal, I suppose this is their way to force you into an expensive gel color. The woman messed up one of my nails when painting and tidally disregarded it. After asking her to fix it, she gave me a look as though nothing was wrong with it. The nail drying station is horrible, the fans barely work and the entire place needs some cleaning. See photo for dusty nail drying station with old broken nails that have probably been sitting there for a long time. My nails look okay after all is said and done, but I won’t be returning."
