"Worst property manager I have ever worked with. Sad too because I rented from them years ago and the other manager was wonderful. Maintenance is horrible. Nothing ever gets fixed. I lived without a shower for 2 weeks due to no one to fix. Always plumbing issues to where you can't use water for days. Sherri new property manager, is horrible to deal with. And has a horrible way of talking to people. Had to break my lease to get out cause are just a horrible place to deal with let alone take care of. The list could.go on. But the problems will never stop. They also raise rent every lease even tho nothing gets fixed."

"Worst place to live. Doesn’t cover any valuables if there is ever a fire or leak in the apartment. Takes over a month and a half to get new appliances. My air conditioner broke during summer and still waiting for it. Constantly threatens taking away being able to have a dog. Also says it’s up to them if they want to replace any appliance to equal or lesser value. Grass barely gets cut. Ticks and fleas around from the lack of Maintance. Manager claims having a text war when you’ve put in multiple requests for things to be fixed and not getting answers or getting it fixed. Not professional at all. The list goes on. Rent from somewhere else this place is not worth it. Also she constant threatens your lease when you complain about lack of attention to requests"

"This has been the worst company as far as apartments go. Was lied to about the building being a secured building . The doors to the building are always left open. The surveillance system on the apartment is just for looks. The landlord likes to yell at and belittle her tenants. Have been made a lot of empty promises and have had sorts of landlord harassment. Shares your complaints with the entire complex To make you look bad when you have never been a day late on rent. On top of that they have neglected mold and water leaks. The garbage area never fully gets taken out. Also get my dog privileges threatened anytime someone doesn’t pick up after there dog even tho it’s on the lease agreement. Long story short would never recommend signing a lease with this company."
