"Terrible experience living here as others have mentioned in their reviews. Very difficult to get ahold of anyone working here before and after moving in. Couldn’t get them to resign my lease even after months of calling and sending emails. They don’t clean the building (except for the lobby every so often). Maintenance requests are hardly ever resolved even when something dangerous happens. They blamed us for issues with the apartment without even looking into the issues first. Don’t recommend living here."

"Kelsey is one of the worst Landlords I have ever had in my life. Her own staff hardly can get a hold of her, ive heard many stories from other tenants as well. I reached out to her many times through email and voicemails trying to get a lease signed. Never heard back from her again. I waited and waited for her to do her job and manage her business as she should. I only just started getting letters that I owe her money. I left the premises as we had no agreements signed and she made no efforts to get paid rent. I email her today and she states it went to a month to month but if that were true she could have evicted me in the same month, which she didn't she didn't even try to contact me. She decided to wait until she could rack up as many charges as she wants and then send it to a lawyer. This is the most unprofessional transaction I have ever been apart of. All the reviews speak for themselves and I will be starting a petition will all her tenants and have it sent to NYS as this is very fraudulent and unethical. I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy to rent from her. Not worth it, place is gross, smells at all times, pool has never been opened her "gym" is disgusting."

"I have called at least 3 times and sent an email. I also asked a friend to call on my behalf and same result-no return response. if this the experience before moving in, I can only imagine what it must be like once moved in.."

"They have a sign that says now leasing by the front of the building with phone number and email. When you contact them no one responds, I've been to the leasing office twice and no one is ever there. I've asked a few residents and they said the lady is hardly there and never responds to them either, this is ridiculous! I just sent another email, I've call numerous times and I've been there last Friday and this Monday. A lady I met even let me in the building to go around to the leasing office, I knocked and waited and no one answered."

"My wife and I have been trying to get ahold of the leasing office for weeks! Nobody has answered the phone one time or returned a voicemail. We have emailed and emailed. We will get one quick reply then try to set up a tour or even just get paperwork done and never hear back. Really disappointed, they look awesome but the lack of anyone trying to talk to us or even answer is quite alarming. Will change this if someone finally gets back to me."
