"Well I lived here many years in different parts of the complex, was a great place while it lasted, but the 1 bedroom I lived in was outdated with poor materials. The wooden windows would get moldy. I'm not the only one to have complained about it. Wish they would upgrade to plastic window framing. The maintance is great but they are always working on something so once you open those curtains in the morning just expect to see them outside your window. The complex comes with numbers and letters. The front management is friendly and understanding. The no dog policy still gets me, considering I see dogs being walked through the complex everyday. The apartments are decent sized for the price. I enjoyed living here when I was able too. I definitely loved that the complex is close to everything you could ever need. They keep up with the complex well."

"Ive never lived here but I'm a delivery driver and I deliver here a lot. So my input is that the roads are pretty decent, no major pot holes or anything. There are signs everywhere so you know how to get to certain apartments. Signs on apartments are clear and legible so it's easy to find."

"I've been with you for a few years , yrs at Indian Brooks apartment, never had problems with getting things fixed, our dryer been out over a week, they told Fred maybe another week, told me when it's fixed I fixed the sign will be taken off. Why do we have to go to a laundry mat, that's why I moved here"

"I love it here. I worked for VNS and was familiar with the apartments before I decided to move here. It's been just over a year and I could not be happier. Office staff is great, maintenance has been top notch, the grounds are beautifully maintained. It is very quiet and peaceful. My neigbors are lovely. Internet was just upgraded and it's very fast now."

"Last year my husband and I decided it was time to move from our two story house after almost fifty years. We looked at several apartments in the area and chose Shady Lane Apartments as "the place we wanted to be". Our apartment has a bright, spacious living room, dining room, kitchen (with room for a table and two chairs), appliances including a dishwasher, beautiful Corian counters, spacious bathroom and two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet. I can put all our clothes in it and still have lots of room left over. Our apartment is so easy to maintain-carpeting throughout except in the bath and kitchen. There are laundry facilities in the hall and a garage. I thought We thought we would really regret leaving our home, but the only regret we have is that we didn't do it years ago. We love it here. The lawns and flowers are taken care of and if you have a maintenance problem, you just submit a Maintenance Request on-line to the office and someone is there to fix the problem. No worries about fixing anything, mowing lawns or shoveling snow. It's all taken care of for you. It's so relaxing here and our neighbors are very friendly. Happy Tenants"
