"The owner is very rude. Rented a generator and was told by the Son that it was full with gas. 1 hour into using it, it shut off and refused to restart. When I informed the owner about the issue he said it was just out of gas. And that they are not responsible for giving generators with gas and that it is not a rental car. When I informed him that I was told by his own Son that it was full with gas and that everywhere else I ever rented from gives the generator with gas and it just has to be returned full, he replied he never heard such nonsense and hung up the phone on me. Very very rude and disrespectful owner."

"Plz don’t take your tools at this place for repair, I took my bosch chipping gun for repair. The gun will stick after a few minutes of using it. they told me how they did a Service pack change on the gun, and changed me $110 after receiving the guy and using it the next day I was having the same problem so I open the part of the gun where the oil is and to my surprise the old oil is still in the gun, so I did some research and found out in order to replace the o-ring the old oil need to be removed and replaced with new oil. the next day I all the shop and explain that I’m having the same problem with the gun and I was told they did a Service pack change after I told them they didn’t do anything to my gun they argue with me saying this is not like a car. they told me to take the gun back to them so I did. After taking back the gun to them they did nothing on it and told me the gun is working find how they is no problem with it. this place is looking to scam you for your money they won’t fix your tools but they will take your money. I’m out $110. I took my gun somewhere else to get fix. The shop I took it to told me nothing was done to my gun all the old o-ring are still in it. please save your self some aggravation and your money don’t go here."
