"Lived here for a year. New owners bought the apartment and tried to evict everyone right after rent was paid in june. Maintenance never comes. There are roaches, even if you wipe everything down, they still come, and they move fast. No bed bugs, but there are mice. They leave one apartment, and because there are holes under the cabinet, they just move to another. There's a spot where an ac should be, but instead they put a plastic covering, so it's always cold. The fridge that they gave me a week after i moved in did not keep food cold enough to stay fresh, so prepare to throw away spinach every three days, or just keep them in the freezer. And the oven had no slots so dont even think you're going to be baking anything. Seriously the worst deal ever. Dont let the pictures fool you, most of these units do not have wood floors. The apartment they show in the pictures are not even in the same building, but in a house on resolute street. Go somewhere else, you won't regret it"
