"Great location with bad management. This building is historic and located perfectly off Park Ave. It is a shame that Rushmore management got a hold of it. The building is never cleaned, it is extremely messy, work orders are never done correctly if they are even addressed. I’ve had a leak in my faucet since October and they sent someone to fix it and he didn’t. I highly recommend finding an apartment with a property management team that cares. I was told before they bought it there used to be a beautiful piano and the place was regularly cleaned and cared after. The security cameras don’t work, the lights outside are on during the day and not at night (they won’t fix them) the place is a true “landlord special”"

"Nice location close to Park Ave. Neighbors are quiet and decent people. However, Rushmore Management is utterly incompetent. They will not return your calls or emails EVER, even for urgent maintenance requests or important administrative matters. Customer service is their last priority."

"Unrealiable heat and hot water. Shutting down the elevator of a four story building for NINE weeks (for repairs). Managment is unresponsive and dismissive of tenant concerns. UPDATE: The elevator has been down for FIVE months! Other maintenance issues are ignored or constantly delayed"

"I’ve lived in one of their buildings for less than a year and have had to deal with a broken dishwasher (still not fixed months later), mice, unresponsive management, hot water issues frequently, and a last minute elevator renovation that will take more than 2 months, with less than a week of notice. They often don’t answer maintenance requests and the condition of our building is awful. Think twice before moving in here, or anywhere managed by Morgan Properties. After 10 months here, I cannot wait to leave."

"Awesome location for folks in your 20s. But has a LOT of downfalls. Management does not keep up with the buildings maintenance. I had a leaking radiator with warped wood floors that were there when we moved in and they were never dealt with. If you aren’t having a flood, maintenance request take MONTHS. Water gets shut off randomly without warning. Had a cracked window for a good 2 months before it was fixed. Neighbors below us smoked cigarettes in their apartment and made our apartment and clothes smell, and management didn’t do much about it. It’s a shame cause this location has such potential but it’s not kept up with. Laundry machines eat quarters all the time as well. Has Street parking, but 9/10 times you can find a close spot. Seemed great at first but the way it’s run and kept up with caused us so move out and not want to resign despite the lovely location."
