Hampton Inn Rochester-Irondequoit

"First I did a reservation for a king room I got a dirty double bed room that was not clean at all sheets where not changed on the bed!!! (Am a housekeeper) so I know when sheets have been changed! Table in-between the bed was not clean tub had hair the bed had hair called the front desk he put .e in a other double bed room that was no better don't see point in reservation if u not getting what u did a reservation for"

"We just stayed..the breakfasts are incredibly poor in quality. I mean...just plain bad. The rooms are fine..the pillows are very flat..the mattresses are not terrible but not comfortable either. All in all..it's a 2.5 Star ..maybe on a good day a 3."

"I checked in online. I entered the room and went to use the restroom and luckily noticed the pee stains on the toilet seat in time... I went down to the front desk and was given a different room. The beddings were old, there were stains (that looked like blood) on the curtains. There was a small roach running across the carpet in the morning. The hallway was dirty. The hotel is very run down. In terms of service: I called with a couple of questions prior to my arrival. I talked to Bri. She gave me completely wrong information. When I checked in there was no one at the front desk, just a sign saying they went to help a guest. There were no backup employees."

"I stayed at this hotel because I needed to be near Rochester General Hospital. The location is very convenient. The hotel however is rundown. The carpets are dirty and the linens are cheap. I moved to an Airbnb down the road that was much nicer for basically the same price. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Extremely dirty overall. Almost no where one can look and not find some kind of old stain. Even the lobby. I try to pretend I don’t see it then I look down and I swear to god, looks like dried blood. Desk admitted they were short staffed. Elevators sometimes don’t want to open and make horrible sounds. Not coming back, will find a comfort inn not in the ghetto."
