"Maintenance is so good. They take care of any requests in a very timely manner. They are always neat. The people in the office and the grounds keepers are also excellent."
"I lived in this complex for 1 year and there are so many great things to say about this place. One thing that stood out to me is how organized the management team was. They provided specific move in and move out instructions with specific details to maintain and clean all the appliances. The team is also very responsive and handles the tenants with care and respect. The maintenance team is prompt in responding to repair requests and do a great job keeping up with landscaping to make the grounds beautiful. If you're looking for a quiet spot, close to essential shops and businesses, that really feels like "home", this is the apartment for you!"
"I've lived here for just over a year and I feel so lucky to have found this place. The office and maintenance staff are so responsive and helpful, and they really take care of the place. The buildings are older, but well maintained, and they have shockingly well-insulated walls. Having spent most of my adult life in apartment complexes, I am used to hearing my neighbors' every move, but I hardly hear anything here, even when the dog next door barks right next to our shared wall! Regarding pets, they are very pet friendly and most tenants seem to have them. Parking is easy and plentiful, and the maintenance guys are really, really good about salting and plowing in the winter months. There are only really two downsides I can think of: 1) no central air, and only the master bedroom in a 2-bedroom unit has a window unit, but that is easily solved with a portable AC unit for the 2nd bedroom; 2) there is a gun range next door, but the sounds are decently muffled by trees in the summer and no one fires anything after dark. In my opinion, the good far outweighs the bad--close to groceries, easy access to the highway, close to several wonderful parks, 15 minutes from downtown, across the street from a great ice cream shack, easy parking, pet-friendly, quiet, and clean. I intend to stay in this unit until I someday buy a house, because I can't imagine finding a better apartment community in the area for this price."
"This place has been awesome. Yes, there is a gun range, but the windows, when shut, do a great job of drowning out the noise. Maintenance has always been on point. Just recently (Dec 2020) the in-unit washer/dryer started leaking, and they replaced it right away (within 2 hours of the initial call), even though there's the COVID related appliance shortage. Common areas are always kept clean, and the fixtures are pretty modern. This place probably has the best maintenance and management I have ever encountered, leasing in rochester."
"Outstanding! I've been here since September and I absolutely love it! When I first met with the staff for a tour they were amazing, kind and caring. Moving is not always easy, but I found when I moved in that I had a coupon on my counter for a free pizza meal which made my friends helping me happy and $20 loaded on my laundry card so I could wash all my unpacked clothes. Any issue I have had they addressed quickly and with kindness. The layout is an open feel and definitely makes it seem apart from every other apartment around. There are so many closets that I feel I have to buy more things just so they aren't empty! There is also a huge storage locker in the basement as well as top of the line washing machines that are super cheap to use. My neighbors are so nice and everyone introduced themselves right away. The neighbors also give a sense of security as everyone seems to know each other. You get what you pay for with this place and the fact basic cable is included is just another of many bonuses. If you want a home feel instead of a cramped apartment then this is the place to be. I highly recommend it and I very rarely leave reviews for anything."
