"Great location. Very old building, beaten up wooden floors. Typical Park Ave apartment finish. Interior hasn't been updated in years. Had 3-4 repeat visits to my apartment from city inspectors because the fixes they required management to make were unsatisfactory. Maintenance crew is very friendly and work hard but take days to respond to requests. I had a major leaking ceiling in kitchen that caused ceiling tiles and LIGHT FIXTURE to cave in and fall directly on my head on Saturday. Wasn’t resolved until Wednesday. Walls are very thin and can hear everything. Someone backed into my car in the parking lot and they have no cameras to help find out who did it. No in-building laundry. I wish there were accurate reviews back when I started leasing."

"Lived here the past year. Maintenance team is great they are always quick to fix everything. Absolutely perfect location to live in. You can walk everywhere and never have to get in a car to go to a bar or restaurant. Very fair rent prices too. Was surprised when I wasn’t hit with a high renewal rate as so many people want to live in the neighborhood."

"I moved in summer of 2020, and the property management group at the time was very disorganized and had poor communication. However Maison Properties took over and they have been amazing. They immediately started landscaping, painting and updating the building (which is older). They have an online portal and maintenance has been dependable. The location can't be beat and the apartments are a decent size. If you don't need the newest, flashiest apartment then this is a good choice!"
