"I lived in a massive 1 bedroom luxury industrial loft on the second floor and everyone who saw it loved it. In addition to the huge space and soaring ceilings, the apartment was really beautiful with a solid kitchen, dreamy windows and a skylight. Having housed the noteworthy innovations of the GW Todd Company and the Wilmot Castle Company in its prior days as a factory, the building is a historic Rochester address. It's also in a great neighborhood- loved living walking distance to all of the amazing establishments in the Park Ave/East Ave area. Hands down the best thing about living here, though, is the property manager Jonah Franciosa and the facilities manager Jeremy. Jonah is very responsive and professional and runs the building like a 5 star address (clockwork maintenance, clear communication with residents, a great overall vibe in the building including seasonal decorations throughout the year) and Jeremy can fix anything. Jonah and Jeremy smooth over any quirks and make living here a lot better."

"I have lived here at 1255 lofts for 3 years now. The location is great…I have greatly enjoyed being walking distance to the revelry bar and park avenue for the past 3 years. The apartments are gorgeous lofts with high ceilings and my unit has concrete flooring. The only downside to this is that many times you can hear your neighbors because of the way the walls have been fitted around the pipes in the loft. You can hear your neighbors most of the time and they can hear you and for the amount of money you pay it is frustrating. There is no balcony and no gym which is really frustrating . Everybody who comes to visit loves our unit and it’s always a plus being able to go to living roots winery which is just steps away!!! The location is great and the apartments themselves are very unique and unlike anything else the Rochester area has to offer. Management is usually responsive but has sometimes taken a week or more to respond and multiple times reaching out which is annoying because there are less than 20 units. There has been 4 different property managers here in the time I have lived here"
