"**Update Aug. 2023. less Loud music at night. I dont hold out much hope it will not start again. during the day, crazy loud rap music., loud enough to hear down the street. When there isnt music, theres loud yelling screaming drunken voices..I had to move a backyard get together cause of the insane noise.Not fair to all the residents around this place.**. (((Daily complaints to 311, 911 about loud rap music all day, till 11PM, 12AM and on. this place is horrible. no one must have to work in the AM."

"Loud music being played after 10 pm till weehour of the morning people hang in the front with open can of beer people kept putting there garbage in the front on the ground I thought this was a place for older people kids in the building running everywhere only thing good about this place is my apartment it nice but I would like to enjoy the outside too"

"A lot of the people that live here sit outside of it and are loud at all hours of the night. You don't want to have this place as your neighbor, and at times I would rather be dead than live here. For a few of the people that live here, stumbling around belligerently drunk (all hours day and night) and asking for free stuff isn't uncommon. These people have no concept of the noise ordinance. Not only does the security guard do nothing about the excessive music and noise, he's right there with them. updated 12:40 am 5/20/2023"

"terrible. loud voices, noisy at all hours. they fixed place up but its still littered with beer bottles and trash. drug use also. people hang out in front drinking. happy we are moving out of area"

"I have deleted my previous review. There has been a big change in the remodeling plans for Cedarwood. So I felt obligated to write an update. Our property manager tells us we will NOT be required to completely move out into temporary apartments while our apartments are remodeled. Instead we will now have to leave our apartments for three hours at a time, while remodeling work is done. I don't yet know if this will be a one time procedure or if there will be multiple three hour procedures continuing indefinitely. It will still be a huge headache. For example, I'm sure the kitchen will have to be completely emptied out to allow the workers to complete the remodeling. But of course this will be no where near the extreme inconvenience of the original plan of having to fully move out into a temporary unit, then back in to our original unit. Also, the new owners and investors are seeking HUD approval to make Cedarwood a SENIORS ONLY property again. That's how it was when I moved in 24 years ago."
