"Horribly mismanaged by an incompetent, money hungry community manager, Briana. Talk to any resident in the community and they’ll tell you the same — the apartments are disgusting, not updated, moldy, and are at risk of burning down any day now either by their old and not up to code electrical systems, or their unmanaged and disgusting laundry areas (that have caught fire several times now). Most of the residents get an eviction notice nearly every month. If you’re one day late? Eviction. They partner with the eviction snake of Rochester, Nicholas Miraglia. The hope is one day Briana is evicted by Nicholas, so she can learn what she puts so many families through. “Maintenance” consists of unskilled minimum wage employees who smoke marijuana and tobacco while “working”. They fix everything with duct tape and glue. Most of the apartments are hazardous; for example, it took months for a caving staircase to be addressed in one of the units. Briana must’ve been tied up referring people for eviction. Do yourself a favor and stay away. We all know Morgan communities is bad. Creek Hill is the worst of them all!"

"Do not recommend this place at all. Lived here for a year, and when trying to renew, I disclosed that we would be moving before the lease was up and I wanted more information. They told us that we would only have to pay one month extra for breaking our lease. Totally fine. When the time comes that we have to move, they disclose that two weeks ago, the policy changed and now two months rent needed to be paid in order to move out early. Then, when moving out, we left some items in the apartment because we still had the property for a while longer and we were going to come back and get it. When we get back to the apartment, all of our items are gone, and there are tools in the bathtub. We still have not gotten our items back despite frequent calling and emailing. Then, they did not give us our full security deposit back when we left the apartment exactly like we found it. Please do not waste your money at this place, they will take advantage of you."

"Don’t even waste your time looking at Creek Hill!!!! The desk staff are all rude and don’t reach out about inquiries unless it involves them gaining money. We toured the place and thought it was okay and price was reasonable UNTIL just like other Morgan Properties they start adding ridiculous fees. $70 amenity fee.. for what? A little patch of greenery and some grills? Absolutely overpriced with all the fees and nothing is included. Water, trash, RG&E all separate and put a 1b apartment up to about $1350.. when it’s way smaller than other units I’ve looked at. As Ive seen in other reviews, the basement doesn’t sound like a great place to be but I wouldn’t know because they purposely left it out of our tour and say they’ll send pictures but don’t so who knows what nasty things are down there. Immediately upon application being approved they take your $500 even if you don’t want to sign a lease. The way that Creek Hill just takes your money and you have to fight to get it back is such a RED FLAG. Again, the desk staff is no help with this and dodges phone calls and emails which is super unprofessional. I would immediately steer away from this property or any other Morgan Properties as they just are too overpriced and bad quality/ small."
