"My wife and I have lived at Water's Edge for the past four years and we love it! We moved away from the Park avenue area and have loved how quiet and friendly the community is. The apartments are spacious and maintenance is attentive with requests. The Property Manager, Rachel, has been here since we moved in and she has been great to work with. Rachel and her team recently had our building updated with new paint, carpet, and decor. It is apparent that management is working hard to improve the facilities. We have referred multiples friends to Water's Edge over the years and would highly recommend to others!"

"We have lived here for 4 years and we LOVE it here! We are only leaving because of a job change out of state. A lot has changed over the last 4 years, but thankfully the property manager Rachel has stayed the same, because she is fantastic! Its clear she cares deeply about peoples living experience here. Maintenance is relatively quick here and has resolved every issue we have had during our living here. The apartments are super nice (we get so many compliments on our space!) and there is ample parking. The people are pretty friendly here, and we have really enjoyed being able to have a pet as well, especially working from home during COVID. It is also clear that management wants to always improve the buildings! We have had our building's common spaces repainted, retiled, re-carpeted, and redecorated all during our time here. When we moved here, we were looking for a long-term apartment and we definitely found it at Waters Edge. Highly recommend!"

"Lived here onlt 5 months. Have never had this many problems with an apartment. Power has been out 7 times, the office is not helpful or nice. 2100$ for 2 "bedrooms" one of the rooms you cannot fit a queen bed in. SAVE YOUR MONEY."

"Me and my husband lived at the club house for 5 years. Although the apartments are nice the maintenance is horrible. We had a water pipe leak and it took them a month to fix it. There was drywall peices all over our counters and dishes and dust on all of our furniture. 1 year later that same pipe burst because they never fixed it properly, per spoleta maintenance.There was at least a half an inch of water in our apartment. We were told we had to leave are apartment for 3 days, and was told that they would pay our renters insurance deductible, which never hapoened. I asked for them to send someone to clean the apartment after the repair which took 2 weeks, and they never sent anyone and we had to pay someone to clean up their mess. We could not use our living room or kitchen for two weeks. The lease we signed had a provision that due to any casualty the rent would be reduced based on the part of the apartment that was unlivable. Fast forward to now we have moved out because of this and when we asked for the 500 deductible and rent reduction we were told that the pipe burst was not a casualty and the deductible was our responsibility to pay. They charged us over 2000 dollars for the carpets and threatened to send the bill to collections. BEWARE of this place, Management does not care about the building and the horrible maintenance for what you pay to live here it's not worth it."

"I moved into Waters Edge when the complex opened in August of 2015, fantastic place to live! Office and maintenance staff are approachable, accommodating and respond almost immediately to all requests. Thank you, Rachel! Complex grounds are well kept, pet friendly and very safe. Elevator and underground parking are a godsend. Location is extremely convenient - great proximity to shopping, 590, restaurants, parks, and Lake Ontario. Pool, gym & clubhouse amenities are outstanding. Recently moved due to relocation out of the area and will remember my time here very fondly. Outstanding value, highly recommended!!"
