"I’m a prospective tenant trying to get answers to my questions for the last 3 months. I only get automated email responses from a “Olivia Fici“ being told to look at their brochure which does not answer any of my questions. I’m from out of state moving in for work for major employer… I don’t want to travel 8hrs to see something or rent without seeing if my questions aren’t even answered. I gave you more than enough time to respond."

"Front office is great but Morgan Properties is a slumlord company and doesn’t maintain the building. Casually shuts off the water whenever they feel like it"

"Just moved here but I really like nice big 1 bedrooms plenty of closet space. Everyone is nice. Nice amenities. Really not that expensive. Close to city. I'm gonna like it here."

"I appreciate the fact that my rental furniture was all set up in place so I did not have to spend a night in a hotel. Everything was nice and clean and ready for me. Stephanie has been very helpful in answering questions and made me feel welcome."

"I do NOT recommend anyone living here. The Venue is not a livable place not to mention the ridiculous rent prices for what you’ll have to go through. There are continuous issues with mold, water shut offs and residents having to take cold showers daily. The maintenance men take over a month to complete even the smallest of issues! The property manager, Samantha Santiago will cover up mold issues by calling it “mildew,” however you can see in the picture that it is clearly not mildew. Not to mention the residents haven’t had a pool or fitness center in over a year!!!!! The only thing they have to offer is their small courtyard which is trashed on the daily. The residents have consistent leaks and in addition their expensive belongings are being ruined. I have pictured only a couple of the examples I can show but it doesn’t begin to show what the residents go through on the daily. These residents could not use their balconies all summer due to an invasion of pigeons. They have done nothing to improve any of these issues but yet feed the residents with broken promises. I can no longer support what this company thinks they’re doing because there have been zero improvements since they’ve bought the building."
