"I loved living here, but the thing that impacted me most was after I moved out (left the state, or else I’d have renewed my lease). I got my security deposit back minus outstanding utilities within a month. Everything was super well-documented, so I knew exactly what was going on. I recently accidentally had a package delivered there (I now live out of state) and I cannot say enough good things about how Molly helped me with it. I’ve had some horrible management experiences before, but Tower280 made everything seamless and stress-free."

"Lived in this building, and felt very much comfortable! Favorable facilities, and the staff are always willing to find the best way to accommodate tenants. (Rooftop patio was another gem.) Very close to the school and cafes too! And it’s dog friendly!!"

"Move out last month. The leasing team treated residents nicely untill once residents decide to move out. The leasing manager Sara Wurzer charged my 2b apartment $180 cleaning fee after I have hired professional cleaner doing two-day house keeping but Sara insisted to deduct my deposit saying there are MINOR carpet stains, appliance cleaning etc.. Initially, she said she would provide proof of those MINOR damage in a separate email. Until now, I have not received any email from leasing office and they just keep ignoring my emails for proof request. 06/18/2021 Just received their photo proof. The first 6 pics were taken by the professional cleaner once she finished it. Last 4 pictures were provided by Sara. She even used pictures taken from others‘ apartement like bathroom (my bathroom has white tile) and oven (we only have one rack in oven) to prove but she kept denying she used fake proof. For some of other charges, she can not provide any proof. At this case, I believe the leasing tried to deduct residents deposit on purpose. When I first asked for the photo proof, she reduced $180 to $160 without explaining. Today, once I said these pictures they took are not in my apartment, she denied and said give me $50 back. It seems like she is trying to use small amount of money back to eliminate residents’ suspect on unfair charges."
