"**Negative ZERO STARS** ***DO NOT MOVE HERE*** Nothing has got better anything positive is a lie stonegate are such slumlords and don’t want to fix nothing very disrespectful don’t respond to email if they do be a week later or even at all parking garage been down for months there is mold in the hallway was told all had to do is wipe it down when Jacob and Tani Rosential (owner) acts like property manager was banging on my door putting his ear to my door with Jacob & super to try to ask me if my handy skills are better than super offer me money for things they don’t wanna pay and fix know it will cost more than 1k what he try to give me putting all my business out there that neighbor recorded how disrespectful and unprofessional they was talking MOLD STILL IN HALL I told stonegate when I moved here vent fan did not work Jacob told me just recently no it works it’s just silent but when they sent hvac guy cause super Josue you can only contact him on WhatsApp don’t know how to fix & jacob he’s far from a property manager I don’t see him fixing nothing they are all sketchy and when you complaint to Jacob he will tell you it’s least worries why does it need it be fixed they see signs tenants leave about problems and take them down don’t fix nothing and when you complain they say if you HATE THE BUILDING SO MUCH MOVE nobody is clearly PROFESSIONAL cause professional get the job done and fix a solution to any problems by far the worst living experience ever you really have to look at reviews for everything now or you will be fooled and taken advantage of cause that’s what stonegate will do for the fact they have your personal information they don’t play fair"

"The most misused word in the English dictionary is "LUXURY". The Four Seasons is "Luxury", The neighboring building "The Edge" is Luxury. This building is just constantly neglected. From it's parking garage that has been broken for 8 months forcing tenants to park in the street where we are constantly at risk of being ticketed, to poor upkeep of the common areas due to lack of onsite cleaning staff and maintenance. Upon entering you are greeted with bold signs from unhappy tenants with pleas to management to fix issues like Mold sightings, cleaner garbage areas, the broken garage car lift, stolen packages and security issues. I have not seen one group message to the tenants from management apologizing for anything. They take zero accountability for anything. On several occasions I have even cleaned up other people's messes by mopping the elevator to avoid stepping in dog urine etc The constant thumping over my head from the upstairs neighbor is unbearable due to the walls and floors not being reinforced properly. Wall are paper thin you hear everything. It has flooded in my apartment because the HVAC ventilation was not properly sealed. I am just done."

"Updated: DO NOT MOVE HERE. Parking elevator has been broken for 7 months and counting. Management is non existent and a joke. Garbage area gets disgusting. No direct communication to building other than email and half the time they don’t respond. Any positive reviews are lies. The building is run by sketchy unprofessional individuals and it is absolutely not worth it. It’s become so bad tenants are leaving signs around to file complaints with the city of Bayonne. Parking us the biggest issue and they’re too cheap to pay up to fix it and are claiming they’ve been looking for a mechanic… for seven months. They just don’t want to pay the company that installed it. And tenants are not allowed Bayonne permits for street parking because the building offers parking (it’s a new city regulation). So we’ve been screwed as our parking spot on the elevator is in the 2nd tier and has been stuck since June. It’s been the worst living experience ever. Just do yourself a favor and stay clear of this building. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The management is not responsive as the phone number provided is for an answering service that only takes messages and magically never gets back to me after leaving messages for emergency scenarios. The parking elevator breaks down on a weekly basis so your car ends up being stuck in the garage when you need it to do things. Only a couple of months in and I will definitely not be renewing here."

"There’s so many things wrong. The parking garage breaks at least once a month. No compensation other than reimbursement for Uber. There’s no regular super. There’s no direct communication. Email and hope for a response soon. There’s no storage. Garbage area is always cluttered.Front door always broke. No fans in the windowless bathrooms. Best thing about the apartment are the amenities."

"I’ve been a resident at for 5 months and I’m loving it so far! The apartments are luxurious and very spacious, the gym, rooftop, are a plus and parking garage. The light rail train station is 7 minutes walking distance , which is a plus to all NJ/NY commuters. There’s a ton of shops, restaurants and a supermarket around the complex. Kellie at the leasing office is EXCEPTIONAL! Since the day I called to gather information about , she’s been nothing but accommodating, helpful and so kind. The maintenance team, especially Josue & Ramon are fantastic! Whenever I put in a request, they either contact me immediately or when business opens the next day. They call you in advance to discuss the issue and attend to it right after your call. They’re also so friendly & kind, always sparking conversations when you see them throughout the building.
