"The management is unbelievable here and horrible. They (Keith , Martin , Ricky) entered my premises without my knowledge. I lost jewelries and stuff. Somehow we have a new property manager after another one who is never in office for when I need to make payments. They are charging me late fees and taking me to court for late fees. I am an elderly woman I cant concentrate with my work , I cant sleep at night because i dont feel safe here . If You are looking to rent here, Please DO NOT. They raise rents on us , no new lease was given."

"This place is horrible. They are taking people to court for late fees. Property manager is not helping at all. My lawyers and I can’t get access to them . We call several times , left voicemails and no response back . Department of community affairs pays for my rent until June 2024 . Yesterday I received a warrant of removal which is illegal. They don’t know the anti Sherman trust laws . Work orders never finished. DO NOT RENT HERE . It’s a waste of energy and your time to deal with THESE FRAUDULENT PEOPLE"

"If I could give 0 star I would . These people are unprofessional, they display tenants docs so everyone can see it . They violate so many fair housing laws . Would not recommend for living . This place needs to shut down for inspection . No inspection has been done since the first owner was here and it’s always diff people in the office. I don’t know who to talk to in that office because they never know. They won’t give me corporate number to call myself to solve my situation. I am a single mother of twin boys my husband passed away due to natural cause . These people are treating me if I put a work order. It won’t be done until a month later and they won’t finished what they start . Filthy carpets , taking people to court for late fees , going in people units when they aren’t there . It’s just ghetto . My lease ends in May but somehow I got served to move out Jan 31st with 2 little kids when Department of community affairs pays them until June 2024. I want to leave this place because it’s not safe and no one cares about you. They talk about tenants problems to other tenants and laugh about it . My lawyers try to contact them from the number listed on their website, no answer no return call nothing. I am taking this matter very serious. If anyone plans on renting here, please DON’T . It’s not a luxurious place, garage door always broken, it’s just a dirty environment to live in . ENOUGH IS ENOUGH"

"Me and my girlfriend took a tour today, The person who was supposed to show us the apartment was not there but we got luck we ran into Keith. Keith is a gem. He was so so kind, helpful, straightforward and really cares about the property as a whole. He was very passionate in showing us the property, truly proud of the space. Very nice leasing office. Professional and friendly place and area to live. We hope to be moving here soon."

"I have lived here for 7 years and I absolutely love it! The building is VERY secure and well maintained. The staff in the leasing office are professional, friendly and ALWAYS available. Maintenance is on top of everything and responds right away. I have a designated parking spot in the garage which is a MAJOR PLUS because parking is difficult to find in this city. The coffee bar, fire pit , barbecue area and fitness center on the premises are fantastic amenities! I love sitting by the fire on those chilly autumn nights chatting with my neighbors or grabbing my morning cup of coffee before heading out for the day! The community events are great and so much fun! ( Paint Night, Mystery Dinner, catered barbecues, etc.)"
