"This administration is useless, how is it possible that these new buildings are not in good condition in this polar cold, how can they remove the heating in the entire buildings, very bad, one does not live for free in this apt, the laundry rooms are very dirty, there is no hot water for the residents. The supermarkets do not do their job well, they do not clean the damaged elevators well, we cannot climb stairs, the people who live here do not take care of their buildings, there is no control of anything, not enough cameras in the hallways of each apartment. I do not recommend anyone to live in this poorly dictated administration does not goood"
"The WORST management! They do not care about their tenant's concerns or anything that has to do with maintenance repairs, but they make sure to slip your rent statements under your door right on time each month. It would be nice if people go to work and actually do their jobs and take care their tenants and not just sit at their desk and answer calls with an attitude all day and take down service requests about NO HOT WATER EVERYDAY (every day at any given time there is no hot water for hours) and do absolutely nothing about it. I'm guessing it's the community we live in. It's not gentrified yet so yeah basically they will not care...This goes against the church Ebenezer Urban Ministry mission statement! Why would they want to associate themselves with a management that lack sympathy for their tenants calling on Thanksgiving Day about No HOT WATER! Is it because it's low-income housing we are being treated like this? No wonder maintenance workers keep quitting, they're not being treated fairly. Update: I don't know what's worse, the management or the people that actually lives here. It seems as if people want to live in filth...leaving trash in the elevator...smoking in the hallways....damaging property...vandalism...and its our own people. We can never have anything nice. Kids running up and down hallways late at night. This place needs security bad. Do not move here!! This building had potential...but that's dead now. We can't have anything good, so sad."
