The building also has the advantages of being relatively small – such as attentive management and doorman, parking directly under the building. The management respond very quickly to any issues. "Easy access to Manhattan, Hoboken, Jersey City and Fort Lee. Love my apartment. So much more room and killer views. My previous Manhattan apartment had half the square footage for the same price. Nice to be able to walk along the river. Everything is close by. This is a dog-friendly building and there are a lot of dogs – all very nice. The building team try to make you very happy and comfortable. I looked at many other apartments in the area and was not impressed. I am in the process of renewing my lease for another year."

The management respond very quickly to any issues and the superintendent lives on the premises. The best rental complex in the Edgewater area."
