"They claim they want your business and trust but today they proved to me otherwise! They gouged me on the price of a 6-pack 2.6 oz 2 cycle synthetic oil $25 with tax, where it is listed on their own website at $17.94 pretax!! When I questioned it, the treatment I received was despicable and adversarial. They made ME feel like a jerk! Needless to say I’m never going back there again! Over $6-7?!!! What is wrong with these people? If they gouged me on 6-pack of oil, imagine their mark up on larger priced equipment!!! Take your business elsewhere."

"Dishonesty seems to be there reputation my last visit there counter guy told me hardware was missing from my blower when I watched him disassemble the tool in front of me, and use pilers to remove the spring clip holding the supposedly missing parts. Also I had a belt break and they claimed it took out my hydro fan they failed to put my hydro lever hardware back in cause my machine to be disabled in a coustomers lawn. In addition they claimed toro wouldn't cover the expenses under warranty I believe they scammed me here to for over 500 do not trust these guys they have lied to profit from me at least once which means it's prolly something they do all the time. It's a shame because my family has done business with them for decades. I doubt there farther the owner would be okay with them stealing from there coustomers. I have only bad things to say about."

"Was experiencing serious hydrostatic drive performance issues early in the season after having the machine fully serviced at the end the season last year. They got me in right away, special shoutout to Joe and got the drives running better than new with no additional labor or service charges, only parts. This an outfit that stands behind the work they do. They've been providing quality service for my equipment of nearly 20 years, wouldn't think of going anywhere else."
