Person manning the service desk was pleasant and clear regarding the possible need for an alignment when getting the new tires, which ended up being the case. As with anything these days the cost was less than desirable but compared to other options I had investigated they had the best price/product combination. Very pleased with how long they took to complete the work. I highly recommend Dunn Tire."

"It's hard to find these days, but Matt and the team at Dunn Tire went above and beyond for me at the Webster location yesterday. Truck tires are not cheap, so I did some research to find any offers they had going on to perhaps spread out the 4-figure cost I was going to have to lay out over a few months if possible. I found a nice 6-month 0% financing option through Continental and decided to go with that. When I went to pick up my truck, I notice several printed sheets posted throughout the store which basically stated, 'Sorry, we can't accept any promotional Credit Cards right now.' When I asked why, they said they were between systems due to the recent buyout by Discount Tire, and the system was supposed to be up by now but wasn't. I was annoyed since my plan was to finance these tires using their advertised promotion. At first, they said there was nothing they could do, and I was ready to have them put my old tires back on my truck so I could go elsewhere to use the Continental card I had signed up for. Matt completely understood my situation and was not willing to lose me as a customer. He spent the next 20 minutes on the phone trying to find a regional manager who would help him find a work around. Eventually he got in touch with Jesse, who approved a solution where they would take a copy of my license and Continental card and run it when the system came back up. I was completely satisfied with this solution and applaud Matt, Jesse, and Dunn tire for coming up with an out of the box solution that showed me they genuinely care about doing right by their customers. Matt called me 2 hours later and said the system was up and they successfully ran my card. Thank you, Dunn Tire and team, for going the extra mile and the for the mutual trust you showed in allowing me to leave with my new tires without immediate payment. I'll certainly be back."
