"I would highly recommend this company overall. I did a bit of research and thought I knew what heating system I wanted for the house. Mark Stevens came out to the house for a consultation and I told him my plans on adding a multi-split. He went through the paces and walked the entire house (including the attic & basement) and let me know the challenges associated with installing this type of heating system given my home. He stated it could be done, but there would be considerable expense & maintenance. He then asked a series of questions to determine exactly what I was looking for and offered a solution that not only addressed our heating needs, but also took care of our hot water issues (our hot water heater was too small). All this while saving us tens of thousands (this is not an exaggeration) over the system I originally sought. I can't say enough good things about Mark. Once the furnace was ready to be installed, Matt, Harry, Eric, and Brian arrived promptly at the scheduled time and removed the old system & hot water heater and installed the new system. The install was seamless and they ensured all systems (heat & hot water) were functioning as they should. They system looks great and functions exactly as promised! As a bonus, they left their workspace spotless! I am impressed by the entire company from the first contact with their office (by telephone) to Mark to the installers, Matt, Harry, Eric, and Brian. "Our old AC stopped working. We called to attempt to fix it our unit and they were there within an hour. I was given the options and chose to replace the unit. Jordan gave me all the information I needed in choosing the right unit for us. Installation went very smoothly. Rob Sandman arrived on time and was very polite. He completed the install and clean up much quicker than I expected.
