"Steer clear! Shady practices, able to skirt annual Hoboken rent increase recommendations. The price that you think you will pay for this place is a short term scam to lock you in and up charge at time of renewal. Dont waste time moving in, only to move out the next year. High turnover here. Even if you move in at XX rate your rent will jump 25+% the next year. The amenities are average, apartment itself has not been upgraded since beginning of 2000s. Positive: great views, which exist up and down gold coast in newer buildings with newer amenities."

"Great building, great front desk staff. Been in the building and with Iron Mountain for several years. The building management increased rent ~50% over the past 3 years (across 2 leases), while the state recommends 2-6% increase annually, and the town recommends 5% increase annually (for 2023). Monthly rent for a car spot also at the high end for Hoboken and town. It’s unfortunate that the building ownership and management doesn’t value their residents and focused on short term market anomalies versus long term realities. They will lose their better tenants. Many units have been moving out, turnover has been insane past few months, so don’t believe their availability statistics on website. Very unfortunate given location/ community and potential. They’ll be begging for these asking rent prices in 1-2 years. Short sighted at best. Good luck!"

"I was nervous about living here in the beginning Bc they had no reviews but I’m so surprised at how organized and responsive they are. When you submit a request through the portal, the maintenance people show up no later than 2 days later. One time, I submitted a maintenance request and they showed up 15 mins later. They also always have little events with free food or free movie showings in the park and they’re so fun to attend - me and my bf watched Uncharted with free popcorn in the shipyard park and it was great! Not to mention the gym is super nice (if you’re into working out) and also you can access any of the apartment buildings amenities that are owned by this company…like if our pool is too crowded we just go to the Sovereign pool. Overall great management and so happy living here!"
