"In the few years I’ve lived here I have experienced 3 roof leaks (currently awaiting maintenance to fix an active one), weird electrical issues and a handful of other problems. The garbage chute seldom works, the halls are covered in pee and the front door is currently being held open with zip ties. No key needed! Feel free to come on by and open it up whenever. Update 09/20/23: The front door has been replaced. We will see if it stays working this time. As for my apartment, it took a few months, but repairs were made. The ceiling issue, however, is still unresolved. When it rains, the ceiling becomes wet so the underlying issue has yet to be fixed. I do see the new management trying to make an effort to get the building into a better state so I’m hopeful things will be improving. That said, I’m going to update my previous 1 star rating to 3. Update 11/28/23: Going back to a 1 star. They’ve now started charging for utilities via a third party (conservice). When asked for a breakdown of said utilities, they cannot be obtained. Even when reaching out directly to the third party they gave me the run around. Such a scam. No wonder they’ve got pending class action lawsuits against them. Update 01/06/24: Front door is broken again. It’s almost comical at this point."
