Everyone on the team - management, concierge, and maintenance - is a super star and we feel grateful for having such an amazing team to work with, and we also appreciate our many friendly neighbors (and their furry babies). The building itself is in a great location - just secs/mins away from bus stops, grocery stores, pharmacies, the waterfront - and is also well maintained and energy efficient. Our unit is nice and spacious, and we feel really comfortable living here. Sadly we are moving out soon to a different neighborhood, but I would 100% recommend Park + Garden to anyone who's looking for a rental home!"
