"1/5 for the management team. They took almost 4 weeks to give me my security deposit. They only responded to my request when I CC’d the NY housing authority. 5/5 for the people who run 267 including Bobby, John, Zach, Billy, Terry, and Paulie. They make this place feel like home and are always on top of every ticket when I lived there. They are the best!"

"In the past year the Landmark has a new management company and super, whom, from my experience, are more responsive than what the previous tenants below experienced. The new super is relatively prompt with requests (addressing them within 24-48 hours). I don't interact with the new management company, but they seem to be working out well (moreso than DE). My only concern is the insulation. While they have in-unit a/c and heating, but it's not the most efficient system as units can get quite hot (80's) unless the A/C is constantly running during the summer. And in the winter if you're not running the heat consistently, room temps can drop down to the 30's-40's. Aside from that the residents and building team are all friendly. Location is great to transit and all that Park Slope has to offer."

"Shiny veneer with great looking amenities and apartments, but other reviewers are correct. It took them 3 weeks to give me a working fridge; a month to repair the converter between my shower and bath (which is still technically broken, as water comes out of the shower head when you have the bath running); and I've given up on trying to get them to fix other issues (the washing machine is stuck on "spin" - i.e., won't finish fully spinning/drying clothes, and my dishwasher doesn't dry my dishes). The gym is okay (points for the Peloton bike), and it's nice having access to a lounge and rooftop, but the super and management are AWFUL. I have a provision in my lease that grants me free months of rent in the form of gift cards, yet the building manager - SHIMICA CARR - refuses to respond to my calls, texts, and emails. She has time to send emails about new supers and carpets getting replaced, but cannot fulfill her contractual duties as a building manager. I know I'm not the only tenants who have had problems with her. The building gets 2 stars for safety, access to the subways, and amazing doormen (John, Bobby, & Hector are great)."
