"Called for an estimate on putting in a storm drain. Make an appointment for Friday morning. took the day off to be there. Waited till afternoon.....nothing....So i called and got the answering service, said I just want to know if they are still coming, because I had things I could be doing rather than waiting for someone that isn't coming. Was told someone would get back to me soon.......it is now 4 days later. Still nothing no call , no estimate....What a huge waste of my time. At least a call or text to let me know you couldn't make it would have been great. If you didn't want my business? just say so!!!! Instead of wasting my time"
