"Please don’t move or bring your loved ones here. After the experience of my grandfather passing away and the entirety of my family being in mourning we received nothing but mistreatment. The management team was so unprofessional and unbelievable. Truly I’m appalled. My family left here after heavily assisting not only in mourning but in disbelief at how rude and confrontational the staff were. We left my grandfather’s apartment spotless with my uncles even cleaning the hallway and elevator. Truly unprofessional. It’s unfortunate. Bless those who live there, especially since most of the tenants seem to be elderly. We’re not animals we’re people who simply seek assistance and help. No harm was done on our end."
