"I pay $3000 a month for: 1- fire alarms going off at all hours of the night; 1 AM, 2 AM, 3/4/5 AM, 2- the smell of weed seeping into bedroom at night from neighbors, 3- elevators constantly being broken down, 4- a parking garage that hires anybody to work there and has, scratched, dented and stolen personal items from my car, 5- NO 24HOUR CONCIERGE, although it's advertised, 6- no offense but the most ghetto people are moving in and blaring music which forces you to leave your living room and move to a room om the opposite side to get a moment of peace and finally, 7- hidden fees that you have to pay such as HVAC, water, garbage fees. I pay with my hard earned money, not government aid, so these extra hidden fees hurt my pockets. Get it together Sawyer Place or let me out my contract."

"I am a close to retirement educational consultant who needed a quiet place to write for a year during a NYC based project. This location is actually ideal for those who want to walk 100 yards to the NYC trains - but not live in the city anymore. I rarely go into the city because the best spot to write is in the quiet of the apartment or the numerous lounges. When I need a break, the fitness room and other amenities are directly below me. I would recommend SP to anyone who wants a relatively quiet location for a city, with very modern comforts."

"It's almost been a year since I've moved here as of this writing. I love the up keep and quick responses to any issues that arise from the management team. The only issue I have is valet is the only option when it comes to parking, but that's just a personal preference. Shout out to Samantha for making things easy for me when I first moved in and when I transitioned to a bigger apartment."

"Sawyer Place is a beautiful living space with a great community. The building is beautiful inside and out, especially the roof top terrace. The amenities are amazing. There is a 2 story lounge/theater room with free popcorn and free Starbucks coffee. There is plenty of space to hang out and relax and watch TV or listen to music or watch a movie on the big screen. There is also a Foosball table and Shuffleboard. I am very pleased with the beauty of our apartment itself. From the brushed nickel kitchen appliances and beautiful cabinetry to the hard floors and floor to ceiling windows. The open space feel makes it feel less like an apartment. Sawyer Place is located in the perfect location of Yonkers. It is a 5 minute walk to the Metro North Station and to the Hudson River front and boardwalk. Anything you need is within walking distance from the building. The valet parking garage makes parking stress free. The staff of Sawyer Place are very friendly and helpful which adds to the experience. I would highly recommend Sawyer Place to anyone that is looking for luxury, beauty and convenience in one location. It is a 20 minute train ride to downtown New York, in fact if you take the 5 minute walk to the river front you can look down the Hudson and see the New York City skyline. It is breathtaking to see at night."
