"If I could give zero starts I would. Unprofessional, disgusting communication skills. If your car is here go get it immediately, instead of giving you call about their rates and fees after impounding your car they rather “send a letter in the mail” so it takes even longer for you to be notified. I do not recommend using ANY of their services!!"

"My car was impounded and they wanted to charge me to get my id out of my car. Then i came back and they wouldn't let me get anything out of my car without holding onto my title. When I finally came to get my car back there was a crack in my windshield that wasn't there before and my system wasn't working. Later I found out that it had been tampered with like they uninstalled it. Extremely bad customer service."
