"If i could give 0 stars I would. this place is a rip-off. Told me that the problem with my Samsung range based on the errors i was getting was one of 2 parts and if it needed both parts it would cost about $600 to fix. They asked if i wanted to proceed and i said yes. The technician came out and was here for less than 10 mins and told me it would be close to $1,200 to fix. He didn't recommend the repair. He then told me i owed $125 for the visit. Such a rip-off. If the original person on the phone had said it would be $1,200 i would have never agreed to them coming out. Don't ever ever use this company."

"This is the second repair my Samsung refrigerator needs after only having it 4 months.the first one was they had to put a door on it to make upper ice maker to work as soon as I got it that went pretty well. Now the freezer doesn’t work after talking to Samsung they said I need to setup a service with this company again it took them four days to answer me back sent us the time which was yesterday 12-6 window of time so I made plans for someone to be here. That morning early the service guy called said he wanted to be there early like 9:30 because he was going to be in the city about 70 miles away and might not make it back to me so I made new plans at the last second. The time comes and goes he didn’t show. Wouldn’t answer my calls except one he texted I’ll call you he never did. Then he showed up at 1pm now only person home is my 82 year old mother in-law. He looked at it made her sign the work order and never said what was wrong I still don’t know what’s wrong now it Christmas weekend and know one has called. Samsung should be embarrassed of this company after reading the other reviews.this is the worst service company ever this time around I’m never buying another Samsung again"

"Ordered a Kärcher window vacuum from HSN as Black Friday deal. Showed 12 units available and shipping confirmation came soon “ready for carrier pickup “. Since nothing was picked up after a week I contacted HSN. Explanation was that the item must have got lost in the shipping process. I asked for a replacement but was told the product is not available. Had to order a more expensive model directly from Kaercher which is already in transit. Ironically I received a “ received returned item” confirmation from HSN for the money refund. Avoid this vendor !"

"Absolutely the worst company! The schedule my appointment then canceled because the repair person was out sick. Then they rescheduled with a 9-12 window period. The repair person call at 3pm to reschedule because his GPS took him to Connecticut. My address is in New York! Then the company won’t call you back! I called Samsung and complain to them. How can a multi billion dollar corporation contract with such a low and pathetic, unprofessional trifling company, such as Home Service Network! I hope they go out of business!"

"I cannot believe this is a authorized service provider for Samsung. Samsung should realize this company makes me 100% less likely to buy their products knowing my expensive equipment will be serviced by a company that doesn't respond to texts, calls or emails. They show up when you tell them you will not be available and don't come when you have a confirmed appointment."
