"(9/18/23) Great, great service! Rob is real professional: super friendly, ultra informative, totally efficient and cost effective with 23 years of expertise and experience. Had snowblower repaired that hadn't started in years (and wouldn't start). He fixed it in a week for exactly in the price range he originally quoted and final charge was essentially half of what was quoted by a Scarsdale-based lawnmower/snowblower repair shop. He also identified the fact that the tires on my model had been recalled and provided the phone number of manufacturer to replace the wheels for free. Scarsdale shop never even mentioned the issue. Would highly recommend and rate 11 out of 10!"
