"I got a flat tire and I tried to remove it but it was rusted on. I called my roadside assistance through Progressive auto insurance and they called Don Glo of Yonkers. A truck came out within about an hour and the friendly mechanic deployed a variety of tools and techniques to dislodge the tire, including good old fashioned hammering, a large chain and a chemical rust remover. Saved me from needing a tow or a visit to the mechanic. The mechanic was quick, helpful, explained what he was doing and made it easy."
