"For some bizarre reason my Outlander Sport wouldn't start the next morning after parking it. Since I have Car Shield, I arranged for roadside-side assistance. They arranged for the vehicle to be towed to Meineke for repair by First Class Auto Care. To my surprise, they arrived with a flatbed truck the next morning as scheduled. The vehicle was brand new and in pristine condition. Though just a few months old, the truck had over 22,000 miles under the hood. You would not know it given how well the vehicle was maintained. Chris, the driver, was very polite and professional. He attempted to diagnose the car's engine start problem and arrived at two possible conclusions: the alternator or a fuel line issue. The ride to Meineke was very comfortable, I didn't want to leave the vehicle. Since Car Shield covered the towing cost, I didn't have to come out of pocket. (Shout out to Car Shield) Let's see if they also cover the repair cost as well...more on that later. If you need a reliable and dependable towing service in the metro New York area, I highly recommend First Class Auto Care for dependability and affordable pricing."
