"Had a screw in my Model X with a slow leak so I dropped in for a plug. This is a quick $35 procedure ($50 at BMW because of free Lavazza coffee and snacks) that turned into destroying my pewter coated rim and just billing my credit card over $130 without ever letting me see an estimate, approve an estimate or going over the bill. They just left the car parked outside with the damaged rim and told me the service advisor and manager left the building. Please note the before photo and after photo. Never ever bring your car here unless you take photos first. I’ve owned Mercedes and BMW and Telsa service isn’t anywhere near that level."

"Had a scheduled appointment for computer replacement. The unit was replaced, work was done the same day it was brought in. I brought the car in with 88 miles of charge, I got the car back with 26 miles of charge. This is the first time that I have left a service center with less battery charge than I came in with. On my way home I noticed that my front speakers weren't working. I scheduled an appointment at the VA Van Dam Service Center, they were very courteous and professional and reported to me that the speakers were not connected after the work was done at the Westchester Service Center. I don't think I'll be going back to Westchester SC."
