"During a remodeling of my son's room, a workman had accidentally broken one of the windows. It's house that's over 100 years old - no big deal. The owner of the company offered to reimburse me for the cost of the repair. Montgomery Glass & Mirror/Montgomery Glass Works was the first and only place I contacted. I walked into the shop in early February 2024. A young man took down my information and we received a telephone call from Mark. I will echo what the one star reviews mentioned, the difficulty of contacting Mark. HOWEVER, after a session of telephone tag, Mark called us in the morning, said he'd be over to fix the window - and he was at the house and fixed the window. We were happy with his work and did not think it too expensive. Yes. We will use Montgomery Glass & Mirror/Montgomery Glass Works in the future. Our one bedroom window...needs it!"

"Awful business!!! They measured for new windows about 3 months ago. Mark the owner is never there to return phone calls. Another man is answering phones by the name of "Joe". Kept telling me to call back. Then today says, "oh Mark is not here a lot",then hung up. Mark told me my windows were in for several weeks. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS!! Losers! Aggravating!"

"Called in Oct (18th) to have windows measured and installed. Guy comes next day to measure, says they will call back in a week. Never hear from them. Takes over a month of back and forth calls where I'm told mark is away from the office and not to work he will call me(never does) for me to finally get a hold of someone to order the windows (Nov 15th). I'm told it'll be 10 weeks and he (mark) will contact me when they are ready. Skip ahead 10 weeks to Feb 21st. Haven't heard anything yet, so I call. I get mark. Tells me he will call me back the following day as he isn't there at the office.. I hear nothing the following day. I call back Feb 22nd. I get mark again... I'm told the windows are ready and he just needs to drive to Rockland to pick them up the next week, as he has to grab someone else's windows too.. ok. says he will be in touch and schedule a time. Great. It's been over a month since that phone call and I have no heard a single thing. At this point. I'm done. Garbage. Don't waste your time."

"I have used Montgomery Glass for the first time. The guys finished the job earlier today. This is how it went. I had a crack in my kitchen window. I stopped in to enquire about having it repaired. Rather than having to bring in the window to be measured, they stopped by my home and measured the window so that I didn't have to remove it, to bring it by. The window being a sealed type, they had to order the glass. Since he was there, I had him take the dinning room window screen that needed new screening, with him as well. I was called back fairly quickly with the confirmed price, which was basically what he estimated earlier. I had them order the window which would take two weeks to come in. I could have had the screen that same day had I wanted it. But I told them to just bring it with the window, when it came in. Approximately two weeks later, I got a call. The window pane was in. They came the next day at my convenience within a two hour window. (no pun inteneded) They arrived in that window of time, installed both the new glass pane and the screen in the two windows, and were on their way before the time window expired. The guys acted professional and performed the work quickly and without issues. All in all, I could not ask much more from them. So if I need their services again, I know where to go."

"I called them looking to have a house window screen fixed. They told me to bring it over and they fixed it while I waited!! Great service had a great price! Would definitely use them again!"
